By becoming a maintenance plan customer, you will receive 2 precision AC maintenance visits every year: a Spring Tune-Up & Fall Safety Inspection.

Spring Tune-Up includes:

- Washing of condenser coil

- Testing of drain lines to ensure proper drainage

- Algaecide tablets (to prevent clogs and water damage to ceiling)

- Check freon level

- Inspection of electrical connections

Fall Safety Inspection Includes:

- Check heating elements for proper operation and efficiency

- Inspect for cracks or damage that could cause carbon monoxide leaks

- Test all safety controls

- Inspect blower (and clean if needed) for optimal airflow
